Pricing Structure

1. Overview

AutoScale A.N.T offers the DealerFlow Vehicle Sales Performance System — a done-for-you lead generation, CRM automation, and appointment booking solution built exclusively for independent South African car dealerships.

We do not publish standard pricing publicly. Every dealership operates differently — in size, inventory, sales team capacity, and growth goals. Our pricing reflects the scope of work agreed upon during your strategy call and is confirmed in a formal Performance Agreement prior to any work commencing.

2. What the DealerFlow engagement covers

Your investment in DealerFlow includes the full delivery of the following components for the agreed engagement term:

  • Lead generation campaign setup and management (Meta Ads and/or other agreed platforms)

  • Full CRM setup, configuration, and ongoing optimisation via GoHighLevel

  • Landing pages, lead capture forms, and funnel build-out

  • Appointment booking system integration and management

  • Automated call, SMS, WhatsApp, and email follow-up sequences

  • Performance reporting dashboard with weekly reporting

  • Ongoing campaign optimisation and support for the duration of the engagement

 

3. Advertising budget (separate from service fee)

The DealerFlow service fee covers strategy, setup, management, and automation. It does not cover the cost of paid advertising. Clients are required to maintain a minimum advertising budget of R5,000 per month, paid directly to the relevant advertising platform (e.g. Meta Business Manager). This amount is entirely separate from the service fee and is never handled by AutoScale A.N.T.

 

Failure to maintain the minimum advertising budget will result in immediate suspension of delivery and forfeiture of any performance guarantee. Sustained non-compliance constitutes a material breach and may result in termination of the agreement without refund. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

 

4. Engagement term and payment structure

The standard DealerFlow engagement runs for a minimum of 90 days (the "Initial Term"). Payment is structured in performance-triggered batches — you pay per 25 appointments delivered, not upfront for the full term. Each batch payment is due within 3 business days of receiving the corresponding invoice.

Full pricing, payment schedules, and batch structures are detailed in your Performance Agreement, which must be signed before any work commences.

 

5. Renewal and continuation

At the end of the Initial Term, continuation of services requires a new Performance Agreement. AutoScale A.N.T does not automatically renew or charge clients without a signed agreement in place. Pricing and scope for subsequent terms are agreed upon at the time of renewal.

 

6. Pricing validity and changes

All pricing communicated during a strategy call is valid for the duration of that call only. AutoScale A.N.T reserves the right to revise its pricing at any time. Pricing confirmed and signed in a Performance Agreement will not be altered for the duration of that agreement term.

 

7. No hidden fees

There are no hidden fees in the DealerFlow engagement. The only costs a client incurs are: (a) the service fee as set out in the Performance Agreement, and (b) the advertising budget paid directly to the ad platform. Any additional scope requested outside the original agreement will be quoted separately and must be agreed in writing before work commences.
